         Corona Treating Equipment - for Treating Sheets

Sheet Treaters have become increasingly popular as the benefits of corona treatment become more and more apparent in more and more applications. QC has responded to the demand for sheet treaters with simple to operate, high efficiency models in several different configurations. Because no one model suits everyone, we offer customization at no additional charge. It’s part of the design process. And, because QC manufacturers everything in-house, customization requests are very easy for us to accommodate.

 

Pictured below are several models that we have designed. Sheet treaters are available to treat one side, or both sides, of a sheet. We offer stand–alone models or models that will incorporate into automation lines.

The Sheet Treater pictured is a stand-alone model with a drive system. The operator feeds the sheet through, it is treated and then collected on the opposite side of the treater. This model is intended for hand fed operations.

 

Various power levels and speeds ensure the correct dyne levels are always achieved.

For high speed operations, the sheet treater can be installed into an automation line. The sheets pass through the sheet treater automatically and are then collected by another machine as they exit.

Sheet Treaters available to treat nearly any size sheet. Common widths are in the 48 inch range while larger units are treating upwards of 70 inch sheets. Smaller units easily treat 9 to 11 inch widths. Models are designed to accommodate various thicknesses of sheets as well as widths. And yes, you can treat many different sheet widths on one corona treater!

 

The model shown to the left is a very popular design. Easy to use, very reliable, and completely self contained these sheet treaters are designed so that people with no corona treating experience are running sheets through as they are installed!
