There are many types of corona treating equipment styles available with the most common being bare and covered roll. The corona treating system is best described as a capacitor. The power supply is critical in determining the effectiveness, and reliability, of the treating system. Many different sizes, frequencies, and styles of power supplies are available. Your application will dictate which is right for you. |

TNT Covered roll systems are used to treat non-conductive webs. The operator raises and lowers the electrode segments to select the area to treat. Covered roll offers greater flexibility when treating ‘lanes’. Models available in widths as small as 1/2 inch – as wide as 10 meters or more. |

Bare roll systems are used to treat conductive and non-conductive webs. They treat varying web widths with no operator set up and thus provide great flexibility for the person treating a variety of web widths on one line. Webs as narrow as 1/2 inch – as wide as 144 inches! |
